Golf Digest has ranked this new golf course as one of The Top 50 Golf Courses in the United States for Women in recognition of the challenging layout with strategic tee-box placement.

Murder Rock has been presented with numerous accolades from major golf publications. In 2010, GOLFWEEK named Murder Rock Golf and Country Club as one of the Top 40 New Courses in the United States. And In 2011, was awarded one of the “Best Courses You Can Play” by GOLFWEEK as well as being ranked as the # 4 Course in the state of Missouri. Missouri is home to 387 golf courses and The Communities at Branson Creek is proud to have two of the Top 5 courses in the state in Murder Rock Golf Club and Branson Creek Golf Club.

When coming to play the Murder Rock course or dining at Glenn’s, you will find top notch service and customer care that is unmatchable. We put thanks to our excellent staff led by General Manager and PGA Professional Chris Meade. Chris has been with Murder Rock since it opened and was instrumental in the pre-opening process. He believes the course remains in the Top 5 because of the design of the course, condition of the course, the amenities provided and the award-winning food and beverage. Chris has also managed several other courses including Oak Golf Course in Mississippi (lost to Hurricane Katrina) and Meadow Brook Farms in Katy, TX.CLUBHOUSE
Murder Rock hosts an iconic clubhouse that sits atop the highest point in Taney County with dramatic and extensive views of the beautiful Ozark countryside. Be sure to enjoy the spacious 12,000 square-foot clubhouse, which includes a members-only lounge, casual dining at Glenn’s* restaurant, a pro shop, fitness facilities, tennis and swimming, meeting and game rooms. The clubhouse's
sweeping veranda allows you to capture the premier viewpoint in the region, overlooking an expansive Ozark vista while chatting with neighbors and friends.Glenn's at Murder Rock is a must for exquisite cuisine and fantastic views. The restaurant features everything from garden fresh salads to a variety of signature sandwiches inspired by award-winning chef Daniel Gasperson, who has racked up numerous awards at many food competitions across the Ozarks.
